I think the book definitely picked up at the end. I really liked he book and definitely recommend it to read just for enjoyment. It makes you think more critically about America, just because America is supposed to be the most wealthiest country in the world. And our technology advancements are always improving. It also makes you think critically about yourself as well just because we don't realize how much we use technology everyday.
As far as comparing Feed to Eleanor and Park, I really think it relates through poverty. Poverty as far as social status and what that could do to teenagers in a controlled society. In Eleanor and Park, social status played a major issue in he book because Eleanor was bullied in school everyday, by peers as well as her stepdad. and in Feed, if you didn't have a Feed you would be financially unstable and you couldn't get any jobs. So as far as using a poverty lens they definitely relate through social status.
There were also many interesting parts of the book that made you think more about human life and how people are apart of a collective conspiracy in a way. But people are blind to it. That's an idea always tinkers with me.
